How to Use

Always start with a clean fire grate and if fitted, close the boiler damper.

Place two firelighters in the middle of the grate. Build a small tower with the kindling around the firelighters. Ensure that you leave plenty of air gaps.

Light the firelighters and immediately throw a generous amount of your fuel of choice into the fire, so it covers the kindling and firelighters.

Close the door and adjust the air controls to the required level. No flames should be drawn up the chimney but the window should appear to be filled with flames.

When the fire is established, top up as needed with more Fuel and open the boiler damper.

Safety Warning

Take care when lighting the firelighters!

Remember to keep your chimneys and flue area clear. It is recommended the chimney or flue is cleaned at least once a year.

Always ensure stoves are well maintained and have adequate ventilation.

Receiving Your Order

Click & Collect: When collecting your order, please come up to the store counter to retrieve your collection docket. You can then present your docket at our fuel centre to collect your order.

Our fuel centre is located behind our store in Ballybane Industrial Estate. Feel free to collect your order whenever best suits you within our opening hours.

Local Delivery: Our local delivery service is available within a 10km radius of our fuel centre (Ballybane Industrial Estate) for a flat rate fee of €15. We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours of you placing it. After you place an order, our team will be in contact with you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable delivery time.
